How do you create the coloring books?
Our coloring books are generated using AI technology.
How long will it take to receive my book?
The coloring books have to process and be fulfilled through our vendor, so usually they ship within 14 days.
What if I want to reorder a design?
You should be able to reorder a past design you've purchased through your account. If you are unable to, reach out to us at hello@pictoart.ai with your order number.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
At this time, we offer no returns or refunds due to the nature of the custom product. If you have an major print issue with your order when it arrives, we will asses on a case by case basis. If you encounter issues, please reach out to us at hello@pictoart.ai with photos of the damage within 48 hours of order arrival.
I'm having an issue with placing an order. How can I proceed?
We are constantly evolving our product so please reach out to us at hello@pictoart.ai if you are having technical issues and are unable to place an order.
Will you be launching more than coloring books and pages?
Yes! We have new custom products launching by end of year and into 2026.
